Your data is used for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to your request (for example, to arrange an appointment or answer a question). It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How your message is processed
Contact form submissions are handled by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website (Netlify, Inc., United States), and delivered to us by email. Your data may therefore be processed on servers located outside Lebanon, including in the United States, solely to transmit your message.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run social-media trackers or profile visitors. For audience measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool that counts page views and reports aggregate figures (such as popular pages, country, and referring site) without storing cookies or identifying individual visitors.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up care, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us. These rights are recognised under Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on electronic transactions and personal data, and, for visitors located in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
